These puppies will mainly be light colors-sedge and deadgrass, with a possibility of light brown. Gregarious personalities, hunting instincts, handsome to look at, they will suit well as companions, hunt tests competitors or virtually any other competition you might like to work in. CLYDE is a light sedge male 25" 85 lbs. Bred by myself and Patty Martin, he is a well bone and coated male with a pleasing broad head. He is hunted on the shores of Chesapeake Bay by his owner. Intense and foscued in the blind, he is a wonderful dog around the farm. Personality wise he is a happy dog who loves people, other dogs and just walking around the farm with a bumper or toy.
His sire was a male I brought in from OK to bring in some different bloodline and more FT lines. " Silas" as he is called hunts on the plains of the MidWest and has ribbons in FT including an all-breed Qualifying First. He easily finished his Ch title with 4 major wins-superior movement and wonderful attitude. Clyde's dam "Delta" is a beautiful sedge bitch owned by Patty. Delta's 1/2 brother is the youngest Ch/MH/QAA CBRS in history and another was Best Puppy in a 70 entry National Sweepstakes. She has two sisters who are Ch titled. From Clyde's litter, one is already titled in hunt tests and working on SH; another is also nearly a CH. A 1/2 brother on his sire's side is titled in shows and UKC advanced hunting competitions.

EIDER, a lovely light deadgrass and is 23" 73lbs. She was bred by Kathy Heintel, Patty Martin, and Ellie Domek. She came here to help fill the void after we lost "Chopper". Balance, a showy personality and a coarse thickly waved coat has led to much success in the conformation ring. She finished her Ch title with three majors including two BOB from the classes over specials. She was Best Of Winners/Winners bitch at the 2014 National Capital Chesapeake Club Specialty. She moves like a dream-on the side and coming/going- very correct foot timing.
Eider is always up for some activity ! She spent the Fall 2013 hunting season with friends Jim & Doreen Harris in Reading Pa. Jim reports she was a spunky girl with tons of curiosity and quite a biddable disposition. Around the house, she is a bed dog who likes to play with the cat (although I think he would rather not !). She combines both of my favorite boys-Bogey and Denver in her pedigree.
